Breech Babies

Have you been told that your baby is in a breech position? I have noticed a pattern of women being told this before they are 30 weeks, (when the baby still has plenty of time to turn) and without sign posting families to information which can help them optimise their maternity care.

It is also important to remember that fear leads to tension in the body and that tension could restrict the baby's ability to change position. By releasing these fears we can relax our bodies to give our babies more space and freedom to move.

Acupuncture, moxibustion and postural techniques are all well researched and are statistically proven to help turn breech babies to a more favourable position.

If you would like to know more about how you can help to encourage your baby to move to a head down position, click HERE and go to the Birth Zone video store to download Gail Tully's Spinning Babies Parent education class.
