A NEW kind of Hypnobirthing
This 15-hour complete prenatal preparation programme consists of four 3-hour Wise Hippo Birthing programme sessions, which are fully recognised by the Royal College of Midwives and the Federation of Antenatal Educators (FEDANT), as well as a fifth session which focuses on the considerations of those giving birth in the Middle East, alternative parenting practices, and local resources.
A workbook and a variety of Mp3s are provided to support your preparation at home, along with a full-size Birth Zone gift bag.
Groups will be a maximum of 5-7 couples, to offer a great opportunity to meet like-minded parents-to-be and also to ensure that everyone's questions can be answered.
