Monthly Group

Dubai Babywearing is a supportive group that meets around the middle of each month.  It is for those who love wearing their babies/children in slings or carriers and for those who wish to learn more.

The group is facilitated by women who are passionate about the benefits of babywearing for Mothers, babies and families.  They offer demonstrations and the opportunity to try for yourself, as well as safety information and a way to meet other likeminded parents.

Doula and Pediatric Special Needs Touch Therapist (from newborns to 18)

Debbie is an Infant Massage Instructor with over 6 years of experience.  A specialist Pediatric Touch therapist offers and teaches massage therapy for children with special health care needs such as Downs Syndrome, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, children who are hospitalized or have been diagnosed with terminal illness in hospice care.

Infant massage is an ancient art used in many cultures to promote relaxation and help with a variety of physical and emotional issues.  

Home visits, private and group courses are available. 

Personal Trainer/ Dance Instructor / Doula / Massage Therapist (Prenatal, Postnatal and Babies)

-- BSe in Physical Education and Postgraduate in Adapted Physical Activity and Health. 

-- Level 3 certificated Gym Instructor and International Personal Trainer. 

-- Qualified Doula and Prenatal therapist.

-- Studied in Thailand in the ancient tradition of Thai Treatments for Pregnant & Postpartum woman, and Babies at ITM Institute of Thai Massage.

Perinatal Psychologist & Certified Baby Massage Instructor (IAIM)

Belgian psychologist, doula and certified baby massage instructor (IAIM), I live in Dubai and am passionate about perinatality. My wish is to offer support to women and their families by using a combination of my psychologist and doula knowledge and competences.  

French is my usual working language but I feel comfortable in English and can also speak Spanish or Italian if needed.
Last but not least, I am a lucky mom of 3 (2010 boy and 2012 twin girls) who are very time consuming...but I love that!

Qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher

Livia has a strong passion for inspiring and influencing people to live a more fulfilling life.

As a practitioner and teacher for ten years, a strong desire to explore new cultures, Livia leads groups of adventurers and yogis while teaching the philosophy of good, healthy living and most importantly, having fun!

Livia took her first 40-day teacher-training course (300 hours) in Kerala, Southern India, in 2005.  Dubai has given her the opportunity to practice regularly, establish her own Yoga business and most importantly, encourage others to include it in everyday life or in a holiday, retreat or just a get away.

Doula, Breastfeeding Counsellor, Baby Massage & Yoga Instructor

I am a fully certified Doula, Breastfeeding Counsellor, Baby Massage & Yoga Instructor, offering doula services & private antenatal sessions in your home, tailored to support your needs and birth wishes.

I teach private and group baby massage classes. Private sessions can take please in your own home, while all group baby massage classes are held in Umm Sequim 1.

Additionally, I offer home visits for Postnatal and breastfeeding support, offering advice, reassurance and guidance to help with any issues you might be having.

Pre & Post Natal Educator

I am a former home birth midwife and childbirth educator from the US.  I have lived in the Gulf region since 2002 and have 2 daughters.  

I am a certified lactation educator & counselor and am working toward lactation consultant certification.  I am also an IAIM Certified Infant Massage Instructor and a licensed BabyCalm and ToddlerCalm teacher.  

I currently teach Baby Led Weaning workshops, Baby and Toddler Sleep workshops, Antenatal Breastfeeding and BabyCalming workshops, 5-week Baby Massage/BabyCalm courses for mothers and babies, ToddlerCalming workshops and 4-week ToddlerCalm classes for parents.  I am also co-founder of Love Parenting UAE with Jasmine Collin.
